    Love Panda Express food and there are usually helpful employees who keep the line moving! I was offered a free beverage for inconvenience of waiting for fresh chow mein.... excellent customer service!????

    Panda has good "Chinese" food. But it's more on the fast food side than it is on a wholesome meal side. Anyhow, this Panda lost a star because of the lines. They should be able to adapt at busy times and have two people taking orders and get that line down quickly. Once people have their orders then they can go sit. Simply writing a name on the container easily ensures people get the right order and asking for a name always makes an impression.
