The pho is so filling and delicious. Lots of meat per bowl! I usually also get banh mi and spring rolls- chicken is my favorite but the brisket is also good.
A pretty damn satisfying bowl of pho. They also include thick cuts of meat. I’ve never seen so much meat in a bowl of pho.
I'm not a big fan of pho, but I really like it here. Brisket is the way to go. So far I've had it in the pho and the sandwich and it's great. I like Vietnamese flavors, but have grown up too Americanized to appreciate the cuts of meat in most Asian foods. By adding brisket to the mix, they made pho good for me again.
This place has fantastic broth and meat. Unlike other Pho I have had, the meat is cut thicker and it is delicious. I had the brisket with rib eye it was 8.99 plus tax, which I think is a reasonable price. This location is located inside steelcraft so the seating I shared with a few other restaurants.
They're still in their early phases so some of the tastes aren't consistent yet, but when it's good it's great!
Here's the tick, try the brisket before you get something with it. If you think it's not as good that day try the pork!
Brisket can be the best (varies), the pork and chicken are consistently good though.
