McDonald's

they need to change the parking spot for waiting customers, too much traffic where it is located. a car always ran into me the other visit. will give 5 stars if this is changed. but they probably wont. its Carson.

This is the friendliest,most customer service oriented McDonald's I have ever been to. The employees here are very kind and they bring your food to your table. The employees insisted on throwing away my trash. Couldn't believe it. Never had this kind of service at McDonald's. This place should be the leading example of what McDonald's customer service should be like. 5 out of 5 stars. Not to mention the food is great.

PARKING IS PLENTY HERE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE. THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER TO YOUR TABLE. THE PLACE LOOKS REALLY CLEAN. THE RESTROOMS WERE ALSO CLEAN. FAMILY AMBIENT COZY PLACE. ALL THIS MC DONALD NEEDS IS A PLAY PLACE FOR THE KIDS

The service here is good but Kim makes it excellent she’s the reason why I tolerate going here. She’s very sweet, kind, respectful and she’s always available to help. When a table chair is out of place or a costumer has trash on the table, to if a costumer needs any condiments; Kim is like the superwoman of McDonald’s. I give her a 5 star performance and an extra star for actually enjoying what she does.

I was given 5 star treatment by Kim. She is highly conscientious reads her customers identifies their needs before you even ask for condiments. She is constantly cleaning tables and literally tells you to leave your tray on the table to be emptied. What a great Employee!
