Wingstop

I love Wing Stop but I've never been to one inside of a mall. The food was good but it took forever. The lady at the register was friendly but the cooks just goofed and fooled around with one another. It took 20 minutes for me to get my food. The bus boys kept all the tables wiped and clean. They do have a Coca-Cola dispenser with the touch screen so you can add flavors to any soda.

My food was ready in about 8 minutes, as I ordered and it was delicious. Ann's that is where the goodness ends. The place wasn't busy as evidenced by the cashier and cooking staff having plenty of time to have full blown conversations. So I would have expected tables to be clean, fries to be hot and lemons in the condiment station and they were not. I also didn't like that the bathroom is locked and the key is on a ladle. This store is in mall and next to the malls public restroom, I really don't think that is necessary. And I wasn't asked whether I wanted my order for here or to go, it was just bagged up and I was eating in. I expected more from a store in the Mall in Carson especially since my neighborhood South LA (Central & Slauson) Wingstop consistently provides better service, open and clean bathrooms, and faster, hotter food.

Food was ready in under 20 min...fresh & hot. Staff greeted me right away. I like that they had the touchscreen soda machine, so many options! This location is inside the mall with seating within the restaurant & in the food court. They had the Lakers game on too so that was a major plus for me. I'd go again. My fries were hot & fresh. Wings were flavorful and crisp. No complaints. Plenty of free parking too.
