Best breakfast place! Awesome staff and great food. Best server is Yasmine. She greets you with a ????, always remembers your order and makes dining at IHOP fun!

The food was good. Service was good however, the German Crepes were thick. Crepes are supposed to be thin. Other than that everything was good.

The specialty pancakes were good, fluffy when fresh but a little too sweet but then again that's what people like. I've always like the fact they have 4 different syrup option on the table and many more in the kitchen.

The omelettes are a little pricey but hearty and I ended up having to choose between leftover omelette or pancakes, which is a good problem to have. My only quarrel and it's a small one was for the lack of patrons eating the service was slow and we had a small child and they didnt bother to bring a kids menu or booster. I had to actively seek someone to get both after we were seated.

But overall it's a good breakfast option and I would definitely go back to try other breakfast options now that they have expanded their menu.

Busy location on weekends but service and staff is great. Food never disappoints. Nice and clean.

Oh my goodness ????, hubby and I had the crapes. He had chicken and I had the breakfast one with swirled rye toast with extra butter. Extremely filling and delicious. No wait and friendly service. Highly recommend.
