McDonald's

So... this is a crazy busy location right off the freeway. Expect long waits. There were two cars in front of us at the drive thru and it took TWENTY MINUTES for us to get our food. It was 100% the cars in front of us because when we got up to the drive thru window we received our food immediately. But dang, that's a long wait for a quick stop while traveling.

Then we popped back on the road and I bit into my chicken sandwich and it was hard. Like maybe they cooked the chicken for too long. I was definitely disappointed.

The limited interaction with the staff was nice enough, and the parking lot was clean. It was easy to access from all roads once exiting the freeway (at least it was at 730p on a Saturday).

Ordered coffee and fries. That is as good as it gets. What set this place apart from other McDonald's locations is the service! They have self serve order stations. The kid that was helping us use the stations was very polite and positive. I used the bathroom and it was very clean, it did not smelled badly. I had a very positive experience. Great crew, clean place, the usual food.

Great customer service! The gentleman that took my order was very kind and professional. His names is Carlos and was very pleased with the service. I haven't gotten that type of customer service from McDonald's ever and it felt great and welcoming. I would definitely come back to this location again.

This McDonald's is at a great location when traveling up through the Grapevine. And since the drive thru is open 24 hours... It was quick and easy food at 3:30 am. Their breakfast sausage and egg burritos are really yummy and filling and easy to eat on the go.
