The Cheesecake Factory

The service was good, but the food needs salt. The food is fresh and well cooked, but so under seasoned. It’s a beautiful restaurant but it’s so dark it’s hard to admire. I had to use my flashlight to read the menu. The price was reasonable for the quality , about twenty bucks a plate. Overall it was a good experience, and would go back.

Food is okay. I definitely wouldn’t come back just for the food. I got salmon dish and my bf got some chicken dish and it was okay. It did seem like maybe the food is precooked and reheated but maybe they just gave us a colder plate. Wait time is not too bad. Cheesecake is delicious! Would come back for the cheesecake only and the drinks were pretty good too. I would only come get cheesecake here. For the price and quality of the food I would rather go to another place.

Excellence! One problem, our table was super sticky and yucky. We had to have everything cleared and cleaned. My waiter was awesome, but the person who brought the food had an attitude when I sent my fish back. He took the plate to the back than brought it out again apologizing.
We sent it away via our awesome waiter and a new plate was brought. Never take a plate from the waiter/food person after you sent it back. They could do who knows what. And that guy was sticky with attitude.
Other than that, my favorite place for dates and family-friendly dates.

This place was spectacular. Even with a small glitch, the Manager immediately took care of it and then compted our salads. Again this was a very minor issue which the waitress caught. The food was fantastic and the portions were unbelievably big. Even after sharing we left feeling stuffed. The staff was first rate and seemed to enjoy their work. The restaurant was neat and clean and extremely busy, which is a good sign. I will definitely be back.

Ally was our server and was absolutely amazing. I come to this Cheesecake often, and have never had a negative experience, but Ally's service made all the difference. I, along with 2 friends, went to celebrate them passing an exam at work, and she took out the extra time to tell those in the back were were celebrating, and they put congratulations on the cheesecakes!
