(February 15, 2019, 3:10 am)Went on Valentine's day. The workers were hopping. I haven't been to pieology in a long time since I'm allergic to gluten and on a low starch/sugar diet. I went in expecting to get a salad but decided to try the cauliflower crust. It does have brown rice flower in the ingredients but half a pizza crust is only 16 carbs. My husband's pizza was good too. The carbonated beverage machine offers lots of options, plus they had two types of iced tea and a few juices.
