Pho Bamboo Vietnamese Restaurant

I like the pho here, and the unique vegetable I dont know its name.

Feeling under the weather I decided to get some more soup . Being over by Gale × Fullerton I chose Pho Bamboo Vietnamese, between home depot and jack in the box. I go here quite often . The place is clean , the restrooms are clear . The staff is Friendly and helpful when choosing some items on the menu . I chose beef pho with noodles and shrimp. I also ordered some shrimp spring rolls . The soup was hot . It was very good and very tasty . The shrimp was very tender and not overcooked. The same goes for the spring rolls . The wrappers were soft and the shrimp was tender. I have always gotten a great meal here . Service is fast and friendly . Family owned and operated. If you are in the area stop in and try it . Tell them you saw my review.

This spot actually welcomes you in as family. The customer service is outstanding, staff are extremely nice. The owner is always welcoming. I have been coming here before my daughter was born, and the owner pretty much see's her growing up and treats us like family. The food is great and authentic. On holidays, certain drinks/samples plates are made and given for free. My favorite dish to order is the pork vermicelli. The pho house special is my usual soup type noodle. They always have a curry noodle which is also good.
