8090 Cafe/ Boba Ave

I tried their matcha slush and red bean matcha, both were not very good. Unfortunately the matcha tasted unnatural like honey dew syrup filler....I am just a matcha addict. If I had gotten taro, milk tea or mango or something I think I would have enjoyed it more. The staff was friendly and the environment was comfortable. The only problem was the matcha not tasting like matcha. My friends enjoyed theirs and we loved playing the Jenga game they had!!!!!

Fantastic sized drinks, 33 oz drinks!! There top 10 list is pretty spot on. I'd recommend the Hokkaido milk tea. Don't recommend the actual boba as it's pretty tasteless. If you get two large drink and dine in, you'll get free french fries at the time of this review, which is a plus. Exotic flavored Lays chips available here too.

Has free parking , place was nice and clean . Has a good variety of drinks .

It was a good place to hang out in rowland heights area. The place is casual and have place to sit down. Try their dirty milk tea with boba and it was good. Their boba has right chewiness and has sweet brown sugar flavored. They also have side snacks to go with it such a popcorn chicken.
