Was a little gem and good find!! With the place recently opening up was a little worried but was quite surprised! Had the spicy vegan ramen, which typically doesn't have a creamy texture but Artisan Ramen delivered! The spicy black garlic ramen was a hit as well! The right amount of spice!! This place comes highly recommended!
Really delicious Spicy Tonkatsu they have that actually has a little creep up spice. Takoyami is delicious too!
Small restaurant, comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. Best way to eat and enjoy ramen.
Artisan Ramen Kono in City of Industry. What a beautiful day in Southern California today with sunshine and perfect weather. Let’s pair today with a delicious and mouth-watering ramen bowl that will sure satisfy your taste buds. Whether it’s Tonkotsu or Tsukemen (aka dipping ramen), everything is yummy here. Try their karaage chicken and takoyaki too! That’s what I call a perfect meal.
Parking is plenty and free. Definitely come back for more ramen here.
Overall, I was really impressed with this new ramen shop! Competition is fierce around here and most ramen shops taste the same to me but Kono improves the nuances at every level which results in a superior experience.
Fantastic ramen! The broth is creamy and rich without being overly greasy and fatty. The noodles have just the right amount of bite, the chasu pork was super tender and the boiled egg was perfectly jelly inside. Add on extra toppings for about $1-3 more.
Their takoyaki was also great. Came out fast and stayed crispy on the outside even after a while (important to me).
For those that don’t want ramen, they offer small regular size eel or chasu pork rice bowls. I got the eel which was tasty and nicely garnished. Only complaint would be portion — there was more rice than necessary and I would have liked more eel for $9.
