Haidilao Hotpot Rowland

We finally tried Haidilao Hot Pot at the Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry. Reservation was highly recommended due to the long line.

At Haidilao, everything was a la carte, so if you are hungry, this would not be ideal. The meat quality wasn't bad, but we definitely had better else where. However, if you value service, oh my, truly the best here. The only thing they didn't do was cooking for us, but anything else, they got us covered from drinks, napkins, and more.

Overall experience was fantastic. We would go back when we need to impress our friends with some dancing noodles.

The food was amazing and I had a great time there! The place was overall really clean and the service was also really nice. The system they have going on is good too. Btw the green tea ice cream there is amazing ???? (no filters added)

Pretty good hotpot!

After being introduced to the chain back in China, this particular location does not come close to the level of service or the food buffet options.

However, when comparing to other hotpot places near LA this location is quite good in their quality and freshness of food.

If you want pretty good hotpot with quality standards, this is the place to go to. But do not expect to get wowed if you are a hot pot veteran.

I was not expecting service was super attentive and helpful.

Tomato soup and mala hot pot bases are super delicious.

The Haidilao Hotpot Restaurant in Puente Hills Mall is the newest addition to Haidilao Hotpot Restaurants.
As you walk in to the restaurant you are greeted by the friendly and courteous staff that seats you promptly.
The restaurant is brite,open and spacious and your waiter or waitress immediately greets you and answers any questions you may have regarding any of their selections.
Haidilao Hotpot features the freshest and highest quality of meats,fish,poultry and vegetables for the hotpot dishes-the selections seem endless at Haidilao and the base soup flavors are in a word-DELICIOUS!
We had the delicious Kobe beef,sirloin,scallops,a variety of the freshest and the best tasting fish as well as tofu and
vegetables.
They also have an extensive variety of ingredients at their sauce bar that is self serve
so you can add anything you'd like to for you hotpot meal!
It was a great time with friends as we all sat together and created our meal together!
The staff was very attentive and always
refilled our soup bases and were prompt with
all of the ingredients that we ordered.
We were very happy with our dinner at Haidilao Hotpot in the Puente Hills Mall.
Plenty of free parking,family,child and senior adult friendly-we had great experience at Haidilao Hotpot Restaurant and are looking forward to coming back soon!
