Customer service is improving!!! Food is good, but id bet the scale is rigged. No way did I buy over a pound of food.
Honestly the best and convenient place ever. I love how you are able to serve yourself as much food as you want (in a box or a plate) and the prices are really good. The last order I had was only $5 and its worth it ????????
Food is really good, better than Senor Wok. Please have a trash can near the restroom door so after we wash our hands, we can grab the door w/ tissue paper and give u back your key holder without touching it. Its very frustrating. Also..if we pay for food and order Thai Tea or Milk Tea...you say "we will call you when its ready. " why cant you bring it to us? Its dumb to go sit down and get back up to get our drink. Learn from Johns Burgers and Alex Burgers, they bring your orders to the table. Thats why your place is empty. Please take my advice and serve your customer, they will return.
Lastly, I said THANK YOU, the food was good, and no one said anything. ALWAYS GREET YOUR CUSTOMER AND SAY GOODBYE AND THANK THEM. BE NICE.
Great food, low prices, great service, little to no wait, the perfect place for a casual meal, quick meal, or even a date.
Visited the place for the first time, the food is tasteful and fresh, the variety is what one would expect from a chinese fast food joint, however, is much pricier than your typical chinese outlet. Food is sold by the pound and you will quickly realize how little a pound is, so it's not difficult to end up paying 9 to 10 dollars for a meal not including drinks, If you have a healthy appetite you may end up paying a restaurant price bill for chinese fast food. if I was to compare it to other similar joints, I'd say it is similar to Panda Express type of deal in term of cost. I didn't like the fact they charged .50 cents for using credit cards, why should any one pay to patronize a business? They should figure credit card users in their operational cost of business. Anyway, parking is limited to a few cars, but plenty around the area, the setting is restaurant like and the place is clean. All in all better than average.
