    Cashiers were very attentive and food was well prepared and it tasted freshly made. I did not have to wait long to get my order. Restaurant was clean along with the restroom. wow an armed security guard... lol Ate feeling protected. Straight out of Compton lol.

    I feel that customer service depends on the customer sometimes- be polite one will get perks at times. I like the new remodeling, over all service I have no complaint.

    Quick, friendly service. Delicious food. Way better than the other pollo loco on Alameda.

    I love the service here. Even if there's a line, it moves quick and you get your food day and hot. I could eat here everyday.
