(July 7, 2020, 8:56 am)The new remodel is awesome and the team is super friendly. Customer service is always great. It's the wait time the gets me. And i understand that each order takes time and there's always a line ESPECIALLY NOW with"Rona" lingering around. Lol

(March 9, 2019, 12:39 am)I would definitely rate 5 but how on earth you run out of ice and not let me enjoy my matcha latte? ? besides that all staff is super friendly , attentive, shop is spotless , welcoming and drive thru available for those on the go. I prefer to stop and enjoy my drinks, I do wanna highlight that this location still carries a big variety of mugs and cold tea cups which I want them all ?Love you guys for that ?
