Millie's Restaurant & Bakery

My favorite place for fresh endless chicken tortilla soup and cornbread. Very comfortable low key diner spot with good comfort meals and good prices. Good old school music playing too takin you back to the 50s ???? the classics.

Millie's is a great diner. The menu is pretty simple for breakfast but they have the favorites for everyone. We were seated within 10 min and service was terrific. The waitress we had was very attentative, a little funny, and very nice. It was one of the best service experiences I have had. I had the waffle which was soft and crispy. The waffle with eggs and sausage was well priced around $8.75.

My wife and I where in to have coffee and pie about an hour to closing. The pie and coffee were very good, simple order but very good. The waiter was very polite and before we knew it we were there a half hour past closing. The waiter was very kind not to kick us out, rather he said he didn't mind us enjoying our conversation. The place is a little dated but pleasant. We were grateful for the service.

Great service and great food. The prices are reasonable and the staff serving out front are top notch. They work as a very happy team so if you stop somebody other than your server and ask for something you get it without delay. A great place to do a long lazy lunch with family or friends. And, where else are you going to get a pastrami quesadilla?

Thank for being open on Thanksgiving. The whole menu was available, not just turkey or ham. We had the ranch steak and steak n shrimp both were really good and prepared well. Jessica our server did a great job, too.
Just 1 thing...maybe its time for a refresh of the furniture the 1980's booths and tables are looking a bit tired.
Millies has always been consistently good.
