Been wanting to try this place for a while now and happy I did this past weekend. Tried a Salcicia with spicy salami and the weekly special which was the Ragu with burrata. Both were very tasty, but the Salcicia was my favorite. My GF can’t eat pork, so will probably have to order the Margherita next time.

First off, the freshness of the ingredients and dough is obvious from the first bite. The sausage was deliciously sweet, mushrooms were already marinated and par cooked, so not your typical raw mushroom toppings and the spicy salami was amazingly tasty and spicy. The sauce and a cheese are barely noticeable, but not missed either if that makes any sense. The star of the show might be the dough though. It’s fresh, chewy and delicious and perfect vessel for the other toppings. I expected a firmer crispy dough based on pics, but was definitely a knife and fork pizza as the soft dough doesn’t hold up the flavor ingredients even after folding in half. The ragu pizza toppings were also very light, with the real standout for this pizza being the burrata cheese. Amazingly fresh and perfect for dipping the pizza crust.

I have to note that the pizzas cook in like 2 mins, so if there isn’t a line, you get your food very quickly.

Price was a little higher, but worth the quality ingredients. Don’t take the kids and splurge on yourself :)

Total was $46 for two pies. My best guess at breakdown was the Salcicia at $18, Ragu at $16, Burrata at $6, and extra spicy salami at $2 for a total of $42 and balance being tax.

    Disclaimer: Italian Review.
These guys really deserve a lot! Our first time here and definitely not the last. You can see that beautiful cornicione and those light air bubbles, it is a neapolitan pizza style as they claim! Plus, the pesto is delicious.

This place is the place to go for authentic Neopolitan pizza. I worked in a restaurant that did authentic neopolitan cuisine, so I know a great pizza.

This place is worth it all, and the owners are so great. Such a nice family!!

We will definitely be back, we have to try all the signature pizzas!

This place is ridiculously delicious. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s made by a family of really talented and kind hearted Italians. I especially like all of the creative specials they come up with every couple of weeks. I can’t hype this place up enough. Seriously best pizza of all time.
