First off the staff was super friendly and engaging with the customers, it was a really bright atmosphere from the moment I came in.

The wait time for the food was not long at all. Everything was cooked well. Though I enjoyed myself, I don’t think the price justified what I ate.

It really pricey and I felt after I ate that I could’ve picked up some fried chicken at a supermarket and would’ve saved some bucks.

In conclusion the staff is wonderful, but the food, just came off average at best.

First time visiting Pollo Campero. I was apprehensive about their 2 1/2 star rating on another platform but decided to give them a try. We ordered their 3-pc meal which was priced at $11.25. We got the breast, leg, and a wing (+$1 more), 2 sides and a roll and it came with the Campero sauce. For the sides, we chose the yuca fries and coleslaw. The sauce IS IT! It tied everything together. The chicken was not overly breaded and was juicy, but it tasted a lot better with the sauce. The yuca fries were perfectly salted but the Campero sauce gave the yucca fries a definitely enjoyable level of flavor profile. The coleslaw was the least liked part of the meal. It was heavy on the mayo and celery. Service was fast and friendly. The dining area was nice. They have regular tables and booths as well as bar height tables and chairs. Their restrooms are gender-neutral with a pull-out baby changing station. Parking was adequate. For those who want take out, you can order online and then pick up or go to the drive through.

Customer service is awesome! Juan was great!! Thank you Juan! We ordered the 8pc with 2 sides and bread. The chicken was not good. Fried was better then grilled. Pioneer chicken is 100x times better and way cheaper. It was too expensive for what you get. The cole slaw tasted like a plate of mayo and the rice tasted microwaved. The empanada was good. It was clean & friendly. I probably won’t come back unless to try other items.
