    The quality of their chicken has decreased dramatically. ???? Also their pieces are so tiny that U need a whole chicken to have a decent meal. When They Improve Again I will give a more positive review. ????

    The staff members always greet me with a cool vibe. They make me feel like a star. Sometimes there's a wait for the chicken but it's worth it. Best Pollo Loco Restaurant in the world. ????????
