Berto’s Mexican Restaurant

This place is FIRE!!!! It was my fist time here and I only went here because the place I was going to was closed. I was hungry and Berto's didn't disappoint me. To start, the service was great. The owner is the lil lady busting tables. She is so nice. My wife and I ordered our food and when the food arrived at our table my eyes almost jumped out off my head. My wife ordered the chicken nachos. It's big enough for three people. The chips are fresh and perfectly crisp. Way too much chicken too. No stinginess here. I ordered a chile Colorado deluxe burrito. This burrito was so big it took me three days to finish. Everything was way beyond what I expected. This will now be my local go to spot for Mexican food. I'm telling everybody I know that they have to go here. The portions are so big I don't know how they are making money. So, as far as this being an authentic Mexican foods place, the food shouts out for itself.

This place has reopened with a bang. This has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. The food is excellent. Best wet burrito in LA. Great beans and salsa. Everything on the menu tastes great. Just do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it.

Service and food is superior. Chile Verde is tender spicy pork that is served as a special. Worth the drive from Long Beach just for this dish.

I love the fajitas combo beef and chicken! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. The salsa bar is bomb!

Very very clean .... Was marissas Mex food the name has changed same cooks and waiter ..looks beautiful just like the owner June she a pleasure to have spoke too wishing her lots of luck ...!! So when in town take the time to stop in.. beer is served !!????????
