Bar Louie - The Promenade at Downey

Judd was the best waiter ever!! He knew we had a time line and he made sure we got all our food and drinks on time. I love coming here!! The food is the BEST!!

Outstanding service and drinks are mixed to perfection. Appetizers were tasty and our waiter made sure our needs and wants were met. Cant complain when there is nothing to complain about. Oh almost forgot, the Deejay was cutting up the jams. Will be back soon.

It's a cool place to be at. But I feel it's more like a Bar lounge. They serve food but to receive food takes forever and to have drinks serving you takes forever unless you sit at the bar. Overall it's good for just going for drinks but for dinner wise not so great. Food was decent but for the price of it not so worth it. Dont think coming back soon.

Nice little bar & grill. They have several drink options but be careful if you’re a person that needs to watch their sugar intake. A lot of the drinks tend to be a little on the sweeter side. I enjoyed a martini called Diva which was delicious. During the weekend it can get pretty packed so arrive at a decent time if you don’t want to wait for a table.

They have a good Happy Hour. The martinis are actually good, and I'm picky with drinks. Use good quality spirits. Tried mac n cheese w bacon and broccoli, it was good. The boneless buffalo wings were pretty good.
The waitress was really good. She kept checking on us and was very friendly. The restaurant itself is pretty nice. There is plenty of parking in the shopping area.
