The Flame Broiler

My favorite Flame broiler! Place always spotless clean, customer service is amazing and the food is always deliciously fresh!

The owner i believe was there taking orders and he is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I go to a lot of flame broilers since im all over town for work and this one is my favorite based on customer service alone. KUDOS GUYS

Good but my tofu was burnt...again Plus they didn't add the green onions! I forgot then he asked after I paid then and I replied yes please and came home with no green onions

I doubt I will be buying chicken and rice bowls at other places if I can avoid it. It is not so much the food that has me choosing to come back, it is the staff. I purchased an order through GrubHub after a nasty stomach flu which left me in such pain that driving was not an option. The moment they saw there was an issue with the order and it getting a driver assigned to it, they contacted me and said they would be cancelling the order. They mentioned that they also offer their food through postmates and uber, should I desire to order it again. I can say going forward, that anyone willing to train their employees to take a hit like that, is top notch in my book.

I particularly like this chain and location. I can count on a solid somewhat healthy meal and it works all the time. Staff is very friendly and most times it seems they operate with a smaller staff. They are efficient and make it look
