Great Carne Asada. I bought chorizo today for the first time. I'll keep you posted on how it tastes. All the cuts are the best. Quality meat not your typical grocery store cuts and yes you pay for the quality. Worth it. This is my go to spot!

Today was my first time visiting Luis' Butcher Shop, well my wife visiting for me. I sent her to get some flank steak and some how she was given flank skirt. Once we noticed it we spoke with a lady who connected us to the owner and he delivered the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED FROM A BUTCHER SHOP.

I will definitely return here to purchase my meat and at this point I'm pretty sure I won't be going any where else. Thank you Luis and keep up the great work.

Just discovered this local meat market. They carry marinated steaks, chops and chicken. They also have some prepare hot items such as tacos, quesadillas and their very tasty beef brisket sandwiches. The brisket is smoked for 18 hours!!!!! Served a on bread roll with cheese and guacamole.

I was totally blown away by what I thought was just a butcher shop. It's so much more! It's a butcher, it's a market with amazing produce selection, it also has a restaurant inside that sells the most amazing food! Lots of parking, staff is really friendly and helpful. Meat quality is excellent and they have a lot of prepared meats and appetizers for the grill. The restaurant inside is amazing. Of course they use their fresh meats which makes it that much better. Good selection of food and a fun menu. Carnivore fries/nachos are great as is their 18hour smoked brisket sandwich. This place has it all!
