    Just learned what a medicine ball was and I have been telling the world, all who will listen. Grandson gave me a lil cold, but Im handling it with the new medicine ball I found out about. It did make me feel 80% better last night and I was 100% feeling better today, so I had another one this morning. I will be getting another tonite and on Sunday morning. I hate I was the last to know of this medicine ball. My typical Starbucks is a Carmel Frappuccino with extra Carmel and it's a vinti.

    Loved this one! They greeted me and got my drink done quickly and they were super friendly and wished me a good day. loved the vibe from the lovely ladies working this morning! thank you! It's tucked in the corner by the Jamba and the Rubios.
