This place is a cozy welcoming restaurant in Duarte that offers great food, polite and attentive employees, and an indoor charming seating area. There is a pond out front, but it looks like it has not been used in a while. The place would be just right on for those of us who enjoy some small green peppers with our meals; something often found at most Thai restaurants.
Food was served hot, as ordered, and was both flavorful and healthy. There are two seating areas; one that can be closed off for private events.
This place is pretty great. We loved Thai City and had high hopes that Charm would be good and they surpassed expectations. The garlic green beans were excellent and the shrimp wonton soup was delicious. The chicken satay was tender and juciy and flavorful. Absolutely will be back.
They have changed names from Thai City to Charm but the food is still delicious! I recommend coming here if you haven’t already. The parking lot is tiny so be prepared to park on the street in need be.
As in the name, the place was charming. The staff was kind and attentive. The food felt authentic (though that's coming from someone who has yet to go to Thailand). We'll come back by and sample more of the menu ... Worth the trek.
We had dinner here Friday night. I was pleasantly surprised. The food and service was very good. We had a beer and a glass of wine. Ordered Chicken Gyo-Za N' Curry - I never had curry, it wasn't spicy. I thought it taste slightly like coconut. I enjoyed it very much. We also ordered orange chicken - it was ok, too sweet I'd like a little more spice. The BBQ pork fried rice was my favorite! We also had the Moo Krob Pad Thai. Everything came out to about $100, we had plenty for lunch the next day. We will definitely be back to try something else on the menu!
