    The ramen was pretty good. The flavors were decent and the noodles cooked well, but having had top quality places before it is hard to give 5 stars on the flavors where I know it could be better. But my dad and I found this place unexpectedly for lunch on a random Wednesday afternoon in a strip mall in El Monte. So it was still a win for us. I wouldn't drive 25 min out of my way to come back, but if I lived in the area I'm sure I would make a repeat visit and make it spicier next time. Nice that the standard bowl comes with the bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, corn and egg already so unless you want extra you don't need to order more.
