    For a franchise, they are consistent in their taste, and lately I have noticed the customer service has been improving

    The service staff here are fast and friendly. Otherwise, it's El Pollo Loco - grilled marinated chicken - you know what you're getting. Docked a star because the bathrooms are a little run down. Not dirty. They really need a refresh.
