Old school place, bar on one side dining on the other...your not here for the decor or new age look. Place been around since '46 I believe!! Had the French dip n coleslaw. Very pleased with the meal. The dip sauce is more on the thicker side of consistency and very tasty! Indulge in the coleslaw if that's your fancy you will like it. Pricing is low to mid range...some higher priced items are on the menu as well. And there is variety to choose from. Dined at about mid afternoon 330 4pm. Only two persons on duty and one was two timing it from bar to dinning. Sparse crowd as well. Restrooms clean but very out dated. Wa t to go again to try more of the menu several sandwhiches to choose from.
Nice quaint dining area feels down home. Especially on this rainy afternoon. Go check them out you'll be back!!

Great place for a cocktail. Rosie the bartender and Simon the manager will make you feel right at home. Margaret your food needs a upgrade.

I had to work out in the area of this establishment. It was very convenient so I decided to check it out. It is a very nice and quaint neighborhood bar. The patrons were friendly, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I rarely get to the Buffalo area but am a big fan of beef on weck. Sure enough they had that on their menu for $4.25! While it wasn't as good as Charlie The Butchers but for the price it was a great value. I observed the preparation of this and saw how this was prepared wearing gloves, Etc. There are multiple TVs, a pool table. There are no big Glitzi signs to even acknowledge its presence. It's a great little Hideaway.

Their pastrami is world class! Friendly employees. Great for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Full bar!!

Meet the owner, very sweet woman she have me a tour of her place. Drinks are ver affordable and strong..must try. Small place. You make your own fun;)
