    The omakase is great! Very decent price considering the good food quality and large portion. Highly recommend.

    Good for the price but some of the cuts were fishy. The best piece was the toro nigiri. Just tried this place because saw this was a new place and wanted to support. Service was great and they take reservations. We ordered the omakase comes with pretty good amount of food but our go to place (not in El Monte) was all booked for the evening. The service was great again and the price is good but I can’t get over the fact some of the cuts didn’t taste as fresh as I’d hoped.

    Food was decent , service was really good, items are affordable but good quality. Selection isn’t huge but that likely because it is very new. Really didn’t have a bad dinner, but my wife and I came out of there smelling like cigarettes which was a real downer. Had the smoke not been present we would’ve loved it more
