    Great food and love getting a fresh green juice after a hard workout!

    As a fan of the Palisades Cafe Vida, I was pleasantly surprised to see a location in the El Segundo Bay Club. The food is equally as good and healthy here, but there's no long wait for a table.

    Great place to have healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and fresh pressed juices. Located inside the Bay Club South Bay; nice athmosphere, convenient place to fuel after a workout or hangout and watch sports or meet up with other club members at the lounge area.
