Customer service is great! I work nearby and usually have them about once a week. The hummus is wonderful, some of the best I've had.

My go to spot for Shawarma in town. All their food is amazing and great customer service.

Food was good. Didn't try anything that was remarkably good or stood out. The lamb kabob was dry and tough for me. The plating of the food was nice, probably the best part. Cashier is interesting, she's not mean, but it may come off that way. She's a little curt, straight forward, and very into the task at hand. I found it amusing, being somewhat (or exactly) the same when I'm in work mode. Small parking lot in front that's shared with neighboring restaurants. Parking can be difficult to find in the lot, but there is street parking available.

Side note: there was hair in the food. Meh... I brushed it off and carried on, not something I'm squeamish about unless it was intentional.

The chicken was very dry, but I didn't really care it was a decent deal. The server seemed like a rough grumpy man.

Food is good. Sanitary level not great. They charge you then go straight on handling your food they didn't wash their hands. Wish they would where gloves at least.
