Painter's Tape

This place is a hidden gem. Love the concept and their tasty & creative dishes. Plates are beautifully presented. Good spot to have brunch.

10 years living in Gardena and never thought about Painters Tape as a restaurant, I decide to give it a try, we order breakfast steak and eggs, breakfast specials, broccoli, and coffee and let me tell you the flavors were very different from what I try before, reach flavors, the food look very good, smell great and taste awesome, we really enjoy it everything was delicious, highly recommended the $40 worth totally worth it. I forgot to take pics before eating, sorry empty plates that's how good it was!

I had the impression that the place was a dinner since the name made me think it was a breakfast joint for construction workers. What I found was far from it. However the food was amazing and far a over expectations. You will find American food that has been fused with asian influences. It sounds expensive, but the place was very inexpensive. Try the waffle, it was the best item that I had on the menu so far.

Visiting my family in LA from SF. We really needed a nice breakfast and Painters Tape filled that needed perfectly. Everyone was really nice and the food was phenomenal! Definitely coming back!

We shared the soft scrambled eggs on toast and it was perfection! The staff is super friendly. There's a great story behind the name of the restaurant so be sure to ask!
