    I'm disturbed by the customer service of Liz. I purchased these coupons and she didn't know how to let me substitute my side order. Even though the coupon says you can substitute for an additional charge. She didn't know what to do. What's really crazy is that all the sides cost the same price, so why should you have to pay EXTRA to change anything! I contacted corporate and placed a complaint!

    The food is nice. My only concern is the crew member Melina. She is really rude and impatient towards customers. She seems so angry all the time
