The Pancake Factory

The food was great. They are busy but it is worth the wait. Service was excellent.

Okay so everything was delicious except for the pancakes. I was so disappointed. Like it’s called the Pancake Factory. But unfortunately my pancakes were dry, and cold. The butter they put on top didn’t even melt. The place was way too crowded and the wait was too long to complain or ask for new ones. Friendly staff and for that reason I will be back to give it another try.

There was a decently long wait when we had arrived and there is no waiting area inside the establishment. However, staff was extremely accommodating to those waiting outside, offering free cups of coffee and hot chocolate. Once we were seated, the service was quick and the food was great! Nice place for a family breakfast/brunch

Food is pretty good! Their signature are the crepes. Man are they good. Highly recommend. Place is small. kind of tight. Which makes parties of 6 impossible. 5 is already pushing. Also I know the staff means well but its policy for the staff to cash you at the table but they never come to do it and if I call them they take real long to bring you your card receipt to sign and leave. But staff is always courtes. Again the crepes and French toast. Yumm!

It was busy when we arrived so it was kind of disorganized. When the food came, let me just say, the pancakes are so good! They give like 4 or 5 or 10 pancakes depending on what you order, but they're homemade sizes and they're sweet. I don't know if we would go back the next time we are in the area, but i think if I lived locally, we'd go for breakfast casually. It's not that expensive and it's a good serving size.
