    Great deals, generous portions and a friendly staff ... every you would expect from a classic American Diner run by Mexicans. On our #tenthousandstepsperday we ended up having breakfast there. If you are hungry and in the area, this is a good choice.

    Now: rating time. Would I take a detour to go - which is key if I rate 5 stars? Possibly no. Would I go again (4 stars): maybe. I just prefer places where they serve me and refill drinks without having me getting up and leaving the table. So I would rate three stars.

    However, my expectations were fully met, and even though we didn't try the Chili Cheese Fries everyone is raving about - after all, it was 9am.... but may come back and will try then. That's still a maybe, but I want to be as generous as their portions were, so four stars.
