Better Fresh Burger

My husband and I came around 11:00am on a Sunday.

We ordered:
Specialty- Grilled Asada Burger and a Turkey Burrito.

The food cooked fresh as we order. I like their burger breads cause it was so warm and crunchy as it served. The meat for the burger was a bit tough to chew but it was not bad at all.

The turkey burritos was good, very heart healthy. I would say add avocado to make it really good. :)

Overall, the location is clean and roomy. Service was great and friendly staff.

I would definitely come back to try other items on their menu!

Food was average, service was really slow. There is one single cashier, and one single cook. There was only one person in front of me around lunch time. We both had single orders, nothing special. It took 15+ minutes to get my hot dog out. I repeat, FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR A HOT DOG. It wasn't even a burger or a chicken patty that needed to be cooked through. It was just a hot dog. During this entire time, maybe 2 more people came into the place. There's just no way it takes that long to make my food. The cook who prepared it had zero sense of urgency. I know this because the kitchen is open to the dining room and it was painful to watch my food just sit and wait for the next condiment to be placed on it. That said, it was similar to a Costco all beef hot dog. I ordered bacon for it, and the bacon was pre-cooked and just crumbled into my dog. He fries were uneven. Small bits crispy. Larger pieces slightly undercooked. Not worth a repeat.

My son and I looked at each other and said, "This is the way a burger should taste!" The lettuce was crisp and the fries hot and not crazy salted. Also, the server came out to serve us our trays with a smile and went out of her way for us as did the register person. Sorry no picture because it was beautifully presented.

I rarely write reviews but this place is so inconsistent i had to share.
I order the same meal every time i go and sometimes it’s delicious and sometimes it’s not good at all.
I usually get breakfast in the mornings and it states they open at 8:00a M-Friday and sometimes they don’t open until 8:30, 8:45 or 9. I’ve showed up and it’s a hit or miss whether they are going to open at the time they state they open on the doors, Super annoying. Sadly won’t be going back just too much inconsistency for me.

I keep forgetting to review this place even though I come back to it quite often! Though it may be a little pricey, I find it worth it as their burgers are a perfect size, with potato buns instead of the typical white bread ones, a sort of salad mix as fillers and their secret sauce, all creating a delicious burger. Plus their fries are great and always crispy! They have nice service as well if you're eating in. Definitely my top burger place to go in Glendale
