This is the one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever tried in California and I'm from a border town in Texas!! So that's a big compliment... I was starving and they're are few places walking distance from my grandmother's living quarters, which is across the street. Also, I've never really had Mexican food quite with the same taste as from Texas. Is have to say this restaurant has its own particular Mexican taste. I find it even better than some of the Mexican restaurants in Texas. Lo. And from what I hear from the reviews, I have to come back and try the margaritas..... Lo! That and the owner and family are very welcoming, nice people! Great food to try here....! A little gem in Verdugo City!????????????????????
