    Authentic to the bones!
    Genius to the bones!

Falafels are awesome! It's the national meal in Sweden nowadays! Originated in ancient Egypt and mastered in the Levant land. It's so simple but yet so rare to find someone who makes it right. Made of fava beans and chickpeas which are naturally vegan, organic (so cheap to buy from any organic store), grass fed and gluten free. The only downside it's deep fried. However Sianto's made the difference. They make the dough to order, add the falafels mix and then bake them! Genius!! The falafel wrap here is a phenomena itself. It just needs parsley and more tahini sauce. Vivian will make you feel like home. She was incredible!

But wait, falafel is only one of almost hundred items on the menu. The new management added a lot to the list. Tried the Adjarian Khachapuri which is a boat shaped pastry filled with eggs and cheese. Baked to perfection, it was scrumptious! It's a Georgian dish. Too much carbs but totally worth it.

Can't wait to bring my friends and come back for more. Left with a big smile from here.

Great food, different flavor profile than most of the other local kebab places due to the Lebanese influence. Oven baked wraps are delicious but service can take a little while.

Excellent small place. Good sized portions and the white sauce is to die for. All the standard Mediterranean fare. I could eat here multiple times a week. I get the kebab plates and Always have leftovers which makes me so happy the second time I get to have Siantos.

It's a little hard to see from the street because it's tucked into the corner of a shopping center, but has a nice covered patio, plenty of parking in the lot, and the place is always clean. The wait is never long and you can call for pick up.
We totally found this place by accident looking for Mediterranean places near us and we are certainly delighted by this find!
