    Bbq ribs .just Mouth watering. Food was just so f--ing good... maybe add cornbread

    Next Republic is a nice burger and bbq joint that just opened here in Hacienda Heights. It has a nice "place to hang out and chill" atmosphere. The food is also good, as I got their Next Burger with sweet potato fries.

    However there are a few things I would think, distract from getting 5 stars.

    1. Small portion sizes, when I ordered I got a handful of fries and a small burger about the width of a McDonald's cheeseburger. The fries were nothing special but the burger tasted great though.

    2. Price, it's pretty expensive here. My order itself was about $12 with tax and one of the least expensive main course meals you can get. Only the deserts and appetizers are less than $10 but the least expensive thing here is about $5.

    Overall, it's a pretty great place if you have the money for it.
