    Surprisedly good but, you need time, the cooking is very slow and, NO AIRCONDITIONING. And roaches

    I met Jose soon after he opened El Costeño and I never seen anyone more passionate about his work, he loves cooking because that's how connects with people, he would listen to how your day is going, when he first met me and Dad, the two of them talk for hours, while we chow down on the tastiest tacos, filled with tender meat, cilantro, and the most delicious salsa , that's makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

    He's a good man with a big heart.
