Jersey Mike's Subs

2 things I tried to give a review directly to the website it did not go through due to some conflict coming from the website. Annoying. They made me a sandwich before taking my order. Amused. The sandwich was good but I thought it was funny that they made me a sandwich without finding out what type of sandwich I wanted. I have a slight food allergy to cheese even though I like some cheese. I usually try to avoid cheese. First thing they put on the sandwich I didn't order was cheese. I accepted the sandwich rather than have them make me a new one like they were going to do. I would have kept this complaint private but as I said previously your website would not allow the feedback through. So what was an amusing visit became a source of annoyance due to typing up a review that was not able to be submitted.

Great staff. Very caring. Only wish the app would let me order a kids meal but that's not the stores fault. Best subs ever!!!

I recently went in for a sandwich to-go. After paying I noticed the cashier mistakenly charged me for the wrong sub. I mentioned it to a nearby coworker and instead of refunding the difference, he refunded the entire cost. This was over and above my expectations. In addition to this great service, I've visited this location many times prior and the food is always fresh and served by a friendly staff.

Good food. fast service. Nothing I can complain about on this trip

Always attentive and friendly service. The ingredients are consistently fresh and tasty. You can't go wrong with their Italian sub. It's my favorite and very close to authentic Italian subs at authentic Italian delis. Also they have good cookies and pastries (not made fresh but are really good).
