Emuna Glatt Kosher Catering

We used Emuna Catering for an event at the Staples Center and it was fabulous. John was responsive and beyond helpful. Anytime I called him to discuss the menu or make changes he answered immediately and made very good suggestions. I would recommend using them for an event. We were extremely happy.

Best kosher food I've ever tasted. John was great with his suggestions and very professional service. The food was beyond my expectations. Meats were very tender and juicy. Salad, veggies and pasta were so delicious. The complete order was packaged to keep the meat dishes warm and clearly labeled. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Myself and the entire office staff are looking forward to order again soon.

We had a company meeting and we needed food that was Kosher. Not only was John's food great, he went above and beyond. Everyone loved the food and he delivered it in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again.

We used Emuna Catering for the mourning period immediately following a funeral. Their food, presentation and services exceeded our expectations.
Our requirements for the reception at our house included dietary needs for Glatt Kosher food. Emuna was the closest caterer to us that could meet this need. We had never used them before and we had to make the arrangements in a short period of time, namely 2 days. To facilitate our needs, John sent us a spread-sheet menu via e-mail and helped us navigate it by phone. We ordered a deli platter, vegetable platters, seasonal fruit plates, and assorted cookies. The order was delivered on time when we returned home from the funeral.
We received many compliments about the appetizing appearance, quality and quantity of food. A typical remark noted that the pretzel bread was "yummy!"
During the course of our mourning period, many additional catered items from Emuna were gifted to us from individuals who were ordering from them for the first time.

We hired Emuna catering for our Bat Mitzvah event. I know they have also done weddings. From the first meeting, John was helpful, clear, flexible and accessible. John and his business partner Saeed were always able to be reached with questions and concerns. Several food options were offered, with samples provided to us. The flexibility was really important to us as was the organization and the staff. However, the proof is in the pudding, as they say, and the food was delicious! In spite of reasonable prices, the food was beautifully presented and plentiful. All of our guests enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres as well as all the buffet! The party itself was well run and organized. When having an important celebration, the food and service just need to work. I can fully and wholeheartedly recommend Emuna catering for your special event.
