    The food was delicious but the cookie was hard and not fresh overall I would have gave them a 5 if the cookie was soft and warm but it was hard and cold.

    Luis the cashier/Manager was very nice, with the exception that the order took longer than necessary. The bathrooms were filthy and there was no soap in either one. Poor management on his part, good customer service should involve a clean environment for the customers, not just getting their orders right.
