Great spot for a Saturday or Sunday brunch! Especially after a long night. Staff was friendly and chef was amazing!
Been coming here since Sergio opened up 4 years ago. He makes an amazing green salsa. Everything he makes is amazing. Love coming here
Bomb real Mexican mariscos and large portions. Ceviche is perfectly seasoned, best so far I’ve found in LA that compares to my mom’s. 👌🏽
The fish was good. The shrimp was bad. They have enough space BUT we got seated right on the sun. To get Alcohol you need to get up and order at a side bar. This is not a restaurant, it's a back yard.. just incase you didn't get that.
It is pretty.. but FYI.. it's a back yard in the hood.
I did enjoy the space.. not bad for a backyard spot.
“Do you want to eat the best Mexican Mariscos… ever?” - my best friend
“Um, suuuure. Where are we going? - me
Cut to us driving down the 105 Freeway, to Inglewood and eventually to a house in the hood to have THE BEST Mariscooooos this side of the border.
This spot (the backyard of someone’s house) is ‘bout to blow up, so plan your visit before The LA Times and/or EATER profiles it - at that point, the wait will be at least 3hrs and parking non-existent.
What to order: Aguachiles, Camarones Al Mojo Ajo, Ceviche Marinero
¡Muchas gracias Chef Sergio Peñuelas - su comida es deliciosa!
