The food was was seasoned well, not salty. I had a flight to catch and took mi e to go and I was VERY satisfied with the way the food was was prepared. I was born in Oakland, raised in Los Angeles only to return to my indigenous roots in Alabama to live for the past 30 years. Okay, Snoop Dogg, you made a VERY conscious decision to invest in this venture. I loved my food and I'll be back when i visit my stumping grounds again.
It was packed when I arrived but the food was good. And also the sunrise drink that lemonade and orange juice was so yummy! The waffles were good too. A good place for quick bite.
There food is the best, I would have to say in my opinion. They have fast service, kind and amazing waiter's.10 out of 10. It is for sure family friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for some chicken and waffles etc.
This place was full when we arrived but it was moving swiftly. This spot was very clean, our server was attentive. The chicken was smothered in gravy and was authentic home cookin' and the waffles were delicious. I enjoyed this meal so much! Next time I come back to LA, this will definitely be a revisit.
Definitely worth the hype. This was some of the best waffles I've ever had. Can't comment on the chicken because I don't do chicken on the bone and they did not have any boneless options. The orange juice/ fruit punch/ lemonade mixture was good, and the presentation was nice. I'm glad to got to try this iconic establishment and can't wait to go back next time I'm in LA.
