    The young girl from drive true was a very polite person. My food was hot! On time,everything inside thank you

    First time trying. Not bad selection for fast Mexican food. Good selection of menus and sauces were good.

    I enjoyed a fresh, delicious El Pollo Chicken Bowl. Used the El Pollo Loco Phone App, and for signing up, first time user, the bowl was free. I would have rated a 5, but I had to clean my own table, maybe it was time of day, shift change...I give them a pass, because food was delicious, Salsa and Cilantro was fresh...and the phone App worked flawlessly.
