    There was only one tax preparer left (Mr.Lynn) I forgot his last name) he was very nice, understanding, & helpful about my tax situation. In addition, I came when it was closing in 5 minutes, he gave me a free 15 minute consultation anyway, great advice and necessary form to take care of my tax matter. I've been with Jackson Hewitt for over a decade (San Bernardino Carousel Mall location); but, my old preparer moved out-of-state) & now this will be my new tax preparer and location for filing my taxes each year. Jackson Hewitt tax services are the best the preparers are always more friendlier, precise, and timely.

    I love this place it's always clean and the staff is always so friendly. And they make sure that their cookies are always fresh as well as the bread. I love the fact that they make sure everything is so fresh. This place has been around for a while and even though the parking is hard to find from time to time the service definitely makes up for that.
