Ocean View Bar & Grill

Fun bartenders. Drinks are great and occasionally they have comedy? Or at least they did when I was there.

This is more a nice restaurant than a bar and grill.

Definitely a hipster spot, but even tho I'm not, I had a blast here! Staff is so friendly and wonderful the way they interact with guests. Minutes after walking in on a Saturday night I was dancing & singing along with the karaoke. A bit pricey, but the food is great. Not too crowded usually, but gets packed when there's a live band. Really worth checking out.

I thought it was okay but I didn't love it. I went for a Sunday Brunch with a bunch of friends. The atmosphere was nice but the food was just okay. There were 6 of us and I ordered french toast, eggs and bacon. Everything that came out was cold. Nothing was piping hot or even warm. I was there for the friends and not the food and we were all catching up with each other so that's what was important to me so I didn't say anything to the staff. However I won't be in a hurry to go back. The strange thing to me was that when we left people were sitting by the door and at the bar who weren't eating or drinking. They were just sitting and staring at us. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by being at their hangout spot. No one said anything, no one did "anything" bad but the vibe wasn't friendly.

Dining right on the beach and watching gorgeous ocean view.... Nice!! They have great outdoor patio seating area with umbrella for the shade and heater for ocean breeze at night.

The Service: Wonderful!! Our server is super attentive. Constantly checking on us. The food is served promptly.

The Food: The food might be a little bit pricier. However, with the beautiful ocean view.... it is definitely worth it!

The Parking: Parking lot next to the Laguna Hotel or parking structure across street.
