    This place was awesome. I've been eating tacos El Gavilan since they first opened in South Central in a lunch truck years ago. The quality of the food has only gotten better and they are expanding quickly. It amazes me to see they have a drive thru now, but im not surprised at the same time.

    Food is good. Staff is friendly. Only thing I didn't like is the location. Too much traffic! Its almost dangerous to get in and out unless you know what to expect.

    Love Tacos el Gavila. THEY ARE NOT STINGY WITH THE SALSA LIKE KING TACO!!! they even have free beans!!!! Way better service too...

    What I like about TEG is that this chain is consistent. I have visited three of their restaurants and all are clean, food is great and service is prompt. Watch out King Taco!
