I love this place!

I ordered online for a party and was missing two sandwiches out of fifteen. I called and talked to someone claiming to be a manager. He insisted they were made (though we didn't receive them) and would not offer a refund.

I asked him his name, he refused to give it. When I mentioned calling corporate (given he was refusing to help), he replied "go ahead and call corporate."

I like Jimmy John's, but honestly after this experience I think I'm done. Terrible, disrespectful service is unacceptable no matter how good the food is.

EDIT: I was contacted by the store manager Joel, and the owner Jesse. Both were very apologetic and said what I experienced was not acceptable and vowed to address it. They generously offered to refund the entire order, even though I'd only asked for a refund for the sandwiches I did not receive. All in all, I'm grateful for their efforts to rectify the situation and now consider myself a satisfied customer.

Sandwiches are VERY fresh, made to order. You can have them any way you want! We loved it so much that we went back 2 days later!

Love their sandwiches, but make sure you tell them light on the mayonnaise, traditionally they put a lot of mayonnaise on their sandwiches... The bread is amazing and they put a lot of meat on their sandwiches. Don't forget to ask for their pickles. Enjoy!
